My salesman, Joseph Giaquinto was a GEM - very professional and thankful they he was not a TYPICAL "CAR" Salesman, He wanted to make sure to explain how nice it would be to have me as part of the LEXUS of SMITHTOWN Family. I did not feel like that after re-visiting the other dealerships. This is my third Lexus. The other 2 cars were bought from a dealership much closer to my house BUT I had no doubt buying in Smithtown was right for me. After meeting with Frank Galante & Rob Meyer the NEW Family began. I have already had 2 people come to me and asked me where I bought my car and what dealership - I an THRILLED to tell them Lexus of Smithtown is the ONLY place to go !! More

BEST Service dept ever Ive been driving Chevy Impalas for the past 15 years as a perfect NYC commuting car from Long Island. There service dept is a true horror to deal with and impossible to even get parts for anymore and you would have to wait weeks. Impossible for me to buy the 2015 Impala I wanted to when commuting to city and dealing with that insanity. Was so hesitant to buy a Lexus in fear of the damage to the truck thats happens commuting period but it was the BEST decision Ive made and am now prob stuck with lexuses for the 15 years :) because I have truly fallen i love with this truck but what will keep me coming back is the Service Department. They are all a pleasure to deal with down to the young guys that clean the car. Im hooked and look forward to maybe a car version also in the future in addition. More

Leased our second ES I went to Lexus of Smithtown to check out the 2016 Launch Event after turning in my 2013 leased ES. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and profess I went to Lexus of Smithtown to check out the 2016 Launch Event after turning in my 2013 leased ES. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and professional. I was introduced to my salesman, Joe Giaquinto, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the 2016 ES and all that was changed from the 2013. He made the whole experience seamless! Upon delivery we met Jeff Rosales, and he went through the whole car explaining all the new technology and features. He was very patient and helpful. Overall we had an excellent experience in leasing our second Lexus ES and will certainly return to this dealership. More
Michael Rothstein & all Personnel at Lexus When my husband, myself and my son walked in to the Lexus Showroom we were introduced to Michael Rothstein. We explained to him that I was interested When my husband, myself and my son walked in to the Lexus Showroom we were introduced to Michael Rothstein. We explained to him that I was interested in seeing an SUV. He did show us around the showroom and pointed out an auto that was outside and immediately asked f I would want to give it a try. I said "Yes" I drove around a few blocks and I was greatly impressed with the SUV and with Micheal. When we returned to the Showroom, we all sat down with Michael. He explained everything to us, all about the auto and all about the financing. Later we left the Showroom very satisfied having had Michael as our salesman and having chosen the NX200t. We met and were taken care of by other Personnel who were all very careing and had our interest at heart. I would certainly recommend Lexus of Smithtown to anyone interested in a new car especially a SUV. More
Only Lexus of Smithtown for me Today my husband and I picked up our 3rd ES350 car as we lease our cars. We have owned Buick and Caddy in the past and I also have a Jaguar. The servi Today my husband and I picked up our 3rd ES350 car as we lease our cars. We have owned Buick and Caddy in the past and I also have a Jaguar. The service department at Lexus is far beyond any dealership we have used. As far as the front, the sales people are always there to help you and say hi even when they don't know you. We have been dealing with Walter Maron for our new cars and he is a delight. Whenever I walk in the dealership and he sees me he makes an effort to come over and just talk. Always with a smile on his face it's a pleasure. His sale is over but that doesn't matter to Walter or anyone there. It's like your part of their family. For the car my husband and I picked up today I was also dealing with Robert Rossworn. He had come over the day we were with Walter to order our car, which by the way is the one my husband drives most of the time, and I mentioned that I wanted a particular color for the interior. Robert and I talked for awhile and then he excused himself to see when a car with equipment I ordered would come in in the colors I wanted. We left with a deposit on one car but Robert kept looking for weeks for me for the one I wanted. My husband could care less. Well Robert called when a car wioth a different outside color but the interior color I wanted came in and he called me to see the color. Luckily I went down and decided that color wasn't for me. So I went to my second choice and it wasn't the car I ordered. I saw one on the lot and we changed all the paperwork then. Robert is definitely a people person who can size you up. He told me that was the reason for me to come down. He felt I wouldn't like the color in person and he was right. Well today we had to do the technologies on the car and Abbas wasn't there so Jeff helped us. Just like Abbas, Jeff was knowledgable and very patient with us as we are not all the tech oriented. After more than 2 hours we need a rest and Jeff said to practice what we learned or retained and come back for a refresher and more to learn in about a week. Most dealerships would say good bye and they're done with you. These are the reasons we keep coming back to Lexus of Smithtown the service in all departments of this dealership are unsurpassed by all even Caddy and Jaguar. More
