I started leasing from this dealership since the inception of Lexus RX300. Now I have Lexus RX350 model 2010. I bought the this one because I acceed my mileage limit. So we decided to lease Lexus GS350. Since we do all our servicing also from there, we kind of know everybody. Mr. Rossworn and Mandolese is the key persons why we always go there. Their service people are very friendly and they really take care of us very nicely. Bottom line we always recommend our friends and family who is looking for lexus brand. More

I recently bought a used Lexus IS 250 from Shane of Lexus of Smithtown. The overall experience was great. In the quest for my new car Bob had one of his sales staff help me named Arjun Vir .What a helpful ,friendly ,knowledgable person he was to work with & helped me every step of the way ..he spent hours w/me going over my new car when it was delivered .Even checked in with me after I took my new car home the next day to see if I had any questions .The service dept is always excellent with taking care of my cars & caring about that I am totally nuts with keeping it clean & protected while its being serviced . If you have a trade as part of your deal ,not to worry...Bob & Arjun made it super smooth & easy ..my trade car was paid off in 2 days! Thats amazing & shows how much they care about thier customers . Denise was also someone I dealt with in regards to some add ons to my latest new Lexus ..she was really fun to work with and super helpful as well .I had changed my mind about an add on literally the very last minute and wanted to switch it to something else AFTER I picked up my car .Not only was in happily changed ,no questions asked.. but done the same day I asked for the change in a half hour! What else can I say about this AWESOME dealership except ..If you are looking to buy a New Or Pre Owned Lexus I cannot say enough about how great these people are to work with ! This is our 3rd lease for a Lexus RX and we currently lease our 4th Lexus LS. Robert Rossworn has been our Salemen/Manager during this time and is excellent at knowing our needs and is quite informative lease our 4th Lexus LS. Robert Rossworn has been our Salemen/Manager during this time and is excellent at knowing our needs and is quite informative on the Lexus products including their new features accessories etc. He is pleaseant and provides us with courteous and informative discussions prior to our next lease. In particular, Robert is well prepared for our new lease(s)signing without us having to list our desires/requirements. The hardest decision for us is to decide what color we want for the new lease. Robert also tries to meet out cost objectives since we are retired by reviewing various cost options. Finally during the lease signing, Robert is very diligent and metriculous in going over all the Lexus documentation. In summary, we are very pleased with the Lexus of Smithtown family of employees including Robert and the Service Managers. More

I did not have a good experience at this dealership. I spent an entire day there haggling over price which dropped over $100 per month on a 3 year lease deal that I was trying to get. I was also told that Lexus offers "Rollover Miles" meaning I would be able to use any unused miles towards my next lease. Other Lexus dealers laughed at me when I brought up this point. I appreciated the dealership I went with who got right down to the bottom line not wasting my time. More
