He had his eye on the RC350 since it came out, asked the dealership to let him know if any were coming back in trade/lease, and sure enough, the salesperson with whom I've worked for years, Cami Robinson, gave my husband a call to let him know one was on the way. Well, suffice it to say that buying a brand new car was much more appealing, and the purchase process was painless. We were completely stressed out from car shopping with Ford. My fiance and I came to Lexus of Tucson on Speedway, and our salesman Mark treated us with such care and respect and actually listened to what Ford. He found us a beautiful 2004 Acura TL, that was well within our price range, and it was more of a car than we could ask for!! My daughters and I went in on a Tuesday night. The place was very busy, but that just gave us a chance to sit in every vehicle on the lot. I originally thought I was going to get a Kia Soul, but I ended up was very busy, but that just gave us a chance to sit in every vehicle on the lot. I originally thought I was going to get a Kia Soul, but I ended up with a Kia Sedona, which is spectacular. I couldn't drive it home on Tuesday as I didn't have full coverage insurance. Dan and I did get just about everything else taken care of that night though. I went back on Wednsday evening and finish the transaction with Eli, along with qite a bit of help from Eddie. Overall it was a very easy and painless process, especially considering my very poor credit and having a reposession on my record. Thanks again guys, especially Dan, we love the Sedona!! More

i needed to replace the timing belt on my 2002 Isuzu Axiom as 100000 miles was quickly approaching. I checked with several auto repair businesses in my area. (far northwest Tucson) Each and everyone wan Axiom as 100000 miles was quickly approaching. I checked with several auto repair businesses in my area. (far northwest Tucson) Each and everyone wanted to replace the belt,belt tensioners, and water pump. No one would just replace the belt only. I called Dave in Isuzu service and he said I probably only needed the belt for a total of 476.00. All others I compared were between $700 and $900. He replaced the belt and said those other parts were fine and did' not need replacing.Saved me about $500. They also provided free transportation home and returned to pick me up when the job was completed. Job was completed sooner than expected. Their service is top notch and prices very fair for a Dealer. Would recommend Dave to any Isuzu owners seeking quality work at fair prices from a knowledgeable service manager.
