I went in for an oil change and found a car I loved. This is my second Lexus and my salesperson Todd was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to deliver my car! As well as Nina in service. My husband is disabled and because I bought a car while getting an oil change, logistics were tough. The manager, Ken Demski, was so understanding and helped immensely. Dominic Turner (service) is UNPROFESSIONAL. . He made a mistake on the bill and insisted in the beginning that he WAS RIGHT.. I change oil every 4 months due to my high mileage.. So last time i . He made a mistake on the bill and insisted in the beginning that he WAS RIGHT.. I change oil every 4 months due to my high mileage.. So last time i paid $123.85 .. I thought maybe price hiked? Before i called him i called Lexus AutoMall and they confirmed the price its 123.85 after tax.. So Dominic said : oh after labor charge is $195.94, we asked him what was that $66 you added on the bill for Bulk Oil, he said : thats for rotating tires …WHAT?!! Rotating tires for $66?!! He got cornered and couldnt answer then he said : you know what : i’ll just knock off $60 out of your bill.. I never dealt with Unprofessional service person like DOMINIC, people like him makes customers calls the place STEALERship, and i disagree with that, because starting from the receptionist, sales, account, manager EVERYONE IS PROFESSIONAL Shame on you Dominic Turner (Zero Stars) More
