My husband and I own two Lexus vehicles: LS 430 and an SC 430. As you can see, we are big Lexus fans! The reason for our recent visit was routine maintenance, but it's important to note that we no longer 430. As you can see, we are big Lexus fans! And the reason why I have given such a high rating here, is that my husband and I have been so impressed with the quality of service and, most importantly, our many-years relationship with Scott in the Service Dept. at the Valencia dealership, that we just keep coming back even though we have a longer drive! Scott has always been honest with us and explained things when we didn't understand the work that was needed. He's always been genuinely friendly. In short, we trust him! And when you find people and groups that you know, from experience, are worthy of trust, you want to keep them around! Oh yes, and we bought our LS, used, from the same dealership! I went to get my 2010 Lexus GX460 for a 25,000 mile service. This is my fourth time getting a service at the Lexus of Valencia Dealership. Like always Lexus service is excellent and they always offer service. This is my fourth time getting a service at the Lexus of Valencia Dealership. Like always Lexus service is excellent and they always offer a loaner car while your vehicle is getting serviced. The loaner cars are new and clean. The particular one we got was a 2013 Lexus GS350 in white. Service is friendly and the vehicle was ready in a reasonable amount of time. They always wash you vehicle and shine the tires. Additionally, most dealerships do a exterior wash only. Lexus even vacuums in the inside of your vehicle. I need especially having two small girls who drop everything in their hands and onto the seat and floorboards of the vehicle. I would recommended this dealership for their service to your Lexus vehicle. More

I brought my 2010 Lexus 460GX for a 20,000 mile service to Lexus of Valencia. Mike was my service technician who was awesome. I also got a loaner vehicle from him so I didn't have to wait around and I could do errands around the City of Valencia. It was a nice loaner car too I might add. It was a Lexus RX350. Service for my vehicle took about 2 1/2 hours and they washed the exterior and armoralled the tires to my vehicle. This is my thrid trip to Lexus of Valencia since owning my 20102 Lexus GX460. The waiting room is nice and they have complimentary drinks, dounts and free internet access next to the complimentary drinks and food. All in all, a very pleasent experience for me at Lexus of Valencia. More

He was so nice and I made a mental note to deal with John if I was looking for another Lexus. I was leasing a 2010 Lexus RX450h and had about 2 more years on my lease. I decided to talk to John about purchasing the RX450 or getting out of my existing lease for another car. A certified 2013 RX350 and nicely equipped with about 11000 miles was available. John and the staff at Lexus of Valencia presented me with clear spread sheet information pertaining to purchasing my RX450 or leasing or purchasing the 2013 RX350. After a short review of the presented information, I decided to lease the 2013 RX350. The lease paper work was efficiently prepared and thereafter I drove off with the 2013 RX350. John helped me clean out my old car a found several things I would have forgotten. I had a long term relationship with Longo Lexus.
