Ken exceeded our expectations of the enrire process of leasing this new car. He resolveed all of our concerns before we came to Lexus of Valencia to finalize the deal. This is the second car that we have bought from Lexus of Valencia with John being our salesman. The first car was an IS250 which was my dream car...John was very helpful and knew the product well. I however Valencia with John being our salesman. The first car was an IS250 which was my dream car...John was very helpful and knew the product well. I however was forced to get a new car as an accident left my car totaled. I will mention that the impact was from the rear and at a high rate of speed and no one was hurt it was one tough car. We test drove 3 differend cars and John was patient, understanding and listen to our needs. I am truly happy with our RX350 and how we were taken care of. I would highly recomend John to anybody!!!
