I met my service rep, Jim Riddle for the first time. He made me comfortable upon arrival, everything went smoothly. The whole process wnet quite smothly and I was out of there in 15 minutes. My potential invoice was outlined in detail, and it met with my expectations for cost, however, Jim worked with me on a few addtional items and exceeded my expectations as to the newly requested items. I was advised of changes to the service through out the day via email and phone which was very comforting since this car is very important to my wife and me. We use it as our main source of transportationa nd we live in an isolated area out in the country. Jim was always very communicative and addressed me with a very friendly tone. The car drove as expected after the service and so far I am very happy with Lexus of Valencia service department. More

Jim Riddle provided excellent customer service and made sure the repair was completed in a timely manner. The problem involved a shorted battery and blown fuses. I never dreamed buying a new car could be such a wonderful and easy experience. I happened upon the Lexus dealership while waiting for another car (a competitor!) to be serviced nearby. David Mendoza immediately greeted me and I was impressed by his "no pressure" demeanor. I liked him right away. He was young and very tech savvy. It was so cool to buy a car via text! David uploaded pictures for my perusal on my cell and we "talked" back and forth until we found exactly the car I was looking for. Notice I said "we." David wanted me to be happy with my purchase. As a result, we found the perfect car. The make,color, features, everything I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. David's tutorial on the many "bells and whistles" on the car was also helpful. The service at Lexus of Valencia is great. Bryan Stover is the best and I trust him totally when I bring my car in. I know that he cares that my car leaves with everything perfect.
