I had never even driven a Lexus and was not considering one for my next car. After speaking with Art Storrs he convienced me that I would not be disappointed. Mr. Storrs listened to my preferences and delivered exactly what I wanted. This week is snowed in Atlanta and I had the opportunity to see my ES350 perform on ice. It climbed a hill with ease on the first try after a Ford F150 slid back down. I am now a believer in Lexus!! More

I never dreamed buying a new car could be such a wonderful and easy experience. I happened upon the Lexus dealership while waiting for another car (a competitor!) to be serviced nearby. David Mendoza immediately greeted me and I was impressed by his "no pressure" demeanor. I liked him right away. He was young and very tech savvy. It was so cool to buy a car via text! David uploaded pictures for my perusal on my cell and we "talked" back and forth until we found exactly the car I was looking for. Notice I said "we." David wanted me to be happy with my purchase. As a result, we found the perfect car. The make,color, features, everything I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. David's tutorial on the many "bells and whistles" on the car was also helpful. The service at Lexus of Valencia is great. Bryan Stover is the best and I trust him totally when I bring my car in. I know that he cares that my car leaves with everything perfect.
