I’m a 84 yo widow that had my 2016 RX350 towed to this dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They said the car wasn’t drivable….it was backed off the tow truck and driven to the parking lot at the Toyota dealership. The car has now been driven over 250 miles and is running fine. I find this appalling and had I not had a good support system, and good advice..ie…get that car out of there, I would have had to pay . How many other widows have had this experience. Shameful! More

This is the second Lexus that I have purchased from Claudia. It was her day off , she came in to finish a report and I was the to get my other Lexus serviced, she saw me to say hello next thing you kno Claudia.
