First time having my car serviced at this dealership. My service adviser Bobby King was very kind, personable and explained in detail what work would be preformed and the cost. He did not try to sell me this or that which I “GREATLY” appreciated. When I called to make appointment I reached a young lady (did not write her name down) who shared with me pricing which I requested and I was grateful however she was wrong on pricing and charges. When I asked her if this was 250 total labor for brakes the answer was yes, not 250 x2 for front and back brakes. Also she said The price for parts was $99.03 total for the front and $87.22 total back brakes. Mr. King explained that was incorrect and shared the correct price and that it should be the price x 2 for labor, x2 for front and back brakes. More
