Great customer service I just brought a used Lexus and wanted to get it checked to see if anything was wrong with the car. The dealership is beautiful and everyone was kind. They pulled the Vin and told me what service had been done previously and gave me a loaner until my car was ready. I was taken on a tour of the dealership and given recommendations for the maintenance of the car. I have never been treated so kind at a dealership. Even the service technician left a kind note in the car when I picked it up. I see I made the right decision about the car and this dealership. You will be pampered when you walk in to the service area. Very pleasant experience. Oh and I love my Lexus even though it is used! More
