They made me feel like I was their most important customer. Yesterday I took my RX350 to Wesley Chapel Lexus because the navigation system was acting glitchy. I bought the vehicle from a different dealership an Yesterday I took my RX350 to Wesley Chapel Lexus because the navigation system was acting glitchy. I bought the vehicle from a different dealership and it is two years old. As soon as I pulled into the service area I was greeted with a smile by Stephanie. She listened carefully to my odd description of the issue and then took a moment to check a few things out herself. From there, she escorted me into the service area, did some quick paperwork, and then gave me a tour of the amazing amenities Lexus customers have while waiting for their vehicles. They have a little cafe with awesome coffee, pastries, bagels, sodas, water etc all for free. They even have their own barista! Every single person I encountered smiled at me and made me feel right at home. I sat in a private, comfortable office and worked in peace while waiting. Stephanie checked on me twice to make sure I was ok and to update me on their progress. In the end it was a software issue that was causing the glitch, which they took care of. Honestly, I have never experienced better customer service in my 56 years. As I was leaving I mentioned I didn’t like my licsense plate holder and they immediately changed it for me. Above and beyond, that’s what that is!! More

This was definitely an unparalleled experience. They immediately took me to the cafe where I had a latte and a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie. They then took me to the loaner car - moved all of my work bags from my car into the loaner and I was off. The next morning I received a text at 7:15 that my car was ready and they would deliver it to me. I decided to pick up my car - they detailed the exterior a second time before delivering it to me. It was absolutely wonderful. Everyone there is nice and friendly. They did a great job! More

Best Lexus Service Expirience Ever.! When a check system light came on I decided to try the new Lexus of Wesley Chapel service, and I’m so glad I did! My service rep, Heath Bradburn, prom When a check system light came on I decided to try the new Lexus of Wesley Chapel service, and I’m so glad I did! My service rep, Heath Bradburn, promptly greeted me in the service bay, listened carefully to my issue, and got my RX350 right in for diagnostics. While that was underway, Heath showed me around the state of the art service and sales area and made sure I was comfortable. Diagnostics were completed quickly and thoroughly for Heath to discuss what was wrong and what could be done. The RX needed warranty work along with other services I elected and Heath saw to it that I had a nice loaner. Heath also kept me informed on progress and delivered my RX the next day. It’s in tip top shape and I couldn’t be happier with the service and dealership. Lexus of Wesley Chapel is top notch!!! More
Great once I found a person! When I arrived no one was in the service area. I had to knock on someone’s office door and ask for help, and they came out a few minutes after that. Everyone was courteous and helpful and the service was quick. I got the sales spiel a couple times -friendly, not ridiculously pushy. The best part was the detailing – my poor car has gone a while without a good cleaning and their crew did an amazing job. More
