Excellent Lexus Dealership! It was my first time going to the Wesley Chapel Lexus Dealership because the location is closer to my house and it's brand new. This new location has It was my first time going to the Wesley Chapel Lexus Dealership because the location is closer to my house and it's brand new. This new location has stepped up the Lexus experience. I was directed to reception parking, greeted by a person who stated their name, and they asked me for mine, and reason for the visit. I was on schedule and in the system. I was personally greeted by another person who gave me a short tour of the new place and I was shown the complimentary cafe where they serve coffee, fruits, and pastries. This new Lexus Dealership looks like a high end hotel when you walk in and feels like it too. They greet you, make you feel comfortable, and make you feel like you're home away from home. They have four different sitting areas. One for charging phones/laptops near the cafe to drink coffee and work on a laptop. The second place is a large comfy sitting area with end tables in front of 6 LCD screens, and next are three office areas from which to work if you choose and lastly, they also have a quiet area to sit, think or read. They created a great space, have great staff who have high attentive energy, and they helped me get a new Lexus key in under an hour and also washed my car!!! Thank you WC Lexus!😄?🌞 More

A++ Amazing Service I had such an amazing experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I finally got around to dealing with the airbag recall and thought I would add an oil cha I had such an amazing experience at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I finally got around to dealing with the airbag recall and thought I would add an oil change. From the first call to order a loaner, Megan was so welcoming. Parris dropped off a loaner at my work with the same enthusiasm. Later that same day, José dropped my car off washed and vacuumed, a bottle of water in the cup holder, with a full tank of gas! Your folks even buffed out a scratch my husband left in the door. Really over and above. Stephanie in service organized my visit and timed everything perfectly. She was a little embarrassed later that evening when she had to tell me they needed to come out and redo something. Before I could formulate a plan, she already offered to send a technician to me, fix the issue AND added a small service because of the inconvenience. Top notch service department. Can I rate more than 5 stars? I will spread the word! More
