My first interaction with this service department was not great. I just purchased my car and had to have a service appointment for an interior protection package. I waited in the lobby (which is very nice an great. I just purchased my car and had to have a service appointment for an interior protection package. I waited in the lobby (which is very nice and comfortable) for over an hour just to complete the 3-minute transaction of signing a document and getting a loaner. I was told (but clearly not promised) that my car would be done by the afternoon of the following day (I had a tight timeline due to my overnight work schedule). On the following day, I began calling at 2pm to find out the status of my car. After two and a half hours Morgan, who was absolutely excellent through this process, was able to get an answer that my car was, in fact, ready. But it was now too late for me to pick it up. Afterward, the service advisor called, swearing he had left me a message (I never received a phone call or voicemail) and telling me it was ready. 3 hours of phone calls and waiting around just to find out a simple piece of information is not a great first impression. Not sure if I'll return to Winter Park for service in the future. The sales department was great, though. More

Buying from Lexus of Winter Park was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had. There is always some period of waiting around but they did their best to minimize it.
