Lauren, Thank you for your patience and we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on our part, we understand how frustrating that must have been. We have made several attempts to reach you by phone, leaving messages after each phone call. Regarding your vehicle, because it is an electric vehicle that originally presented with a check engine concern, the repair process requires additional time and precision beyond what a conventional vehicle would need. Following the completed repairs, the vehicle must be driven through several cycles to allow all system monitors to fully reset before a New York State inspection can be performed. Depending on driving conditions this process may require a few hundred miles of operation. We deeply regret that this was not communicated to you more clearly and promptly and we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to provide a full update.
