Completely disappointed in the service or lack of. Scheduled an appointment 8 days in advance. Got to dealer and they said they would need the car for the day due to lack of technicians. Was unable to Scheduled an appointment 8 days in advance. Got to dealer and they said they would need the car for the day due to lack of technicians. Was unable to leave vehicle. Stated that I could reschedule and they would get me a rental for the day; however, if parts were needed I would still need to return. Purchased the extended warranty offered by this dealership when I bought the car new from them. Was told that if I brought the car to this dealership for service there would be a vanishing deductible ($100.00). At the time of my service write up I was told that I had an $100.00 deductible. Went round and round with the service advisor who copped an attitude with me. Finally spoke with a sales manager who said he was unaware of any vanishing deductible, My salesman (Rob Filuta) still works at this dealership but I was unable to reach him to address the issue. I have purchased three vehicles from Lia in the past from Lia Honda, Lia Toyota and Lia Dodge. Needless to say based on this experience it may be time to move on. More
