Diagnostic test Took my car in for test was ask if car has any issues In which I told the service rep of the issues he then told me I have to pay each issue I then t Took my car in for test was ask if car has any issues In which I told the service rep of the issues he then told me I have to pay each issue I then told him I just wanted a diagnostic test which will tell me what issues the car have he then told me they don’t do that kind of test when ask for manager the rep went in talk to manager. Manager never came out to talk to me. 7 hrs later and I have to call and ask about car no phone call from service team....DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS DEALERSHIP More

Worst dealership I have ever been to Dealer falsely advertises a best price guarantee that they have no intention of giving. Will not give you all of the pricing information that you requ Dealer falsely advertises a best price guarantee that they have no intention of giving. Will not give you all of the pricing information that you request unless you agree to go there and sit down with someone. No one greets you at the door, so you have to catch one of the people walking by, after 20 min, to assist you. Then you sit down with one of their disrespectful salesman who will yell at you and escort you out the door if you go prepared with comparable vehicles, KBB, Edmunds pricing and details on what the bank says the vehicle is worth. When you contact the manager, he supports his employees and treats you like you are lying or don't know what you are talking about. Worst dealer I have ever been to in my 30 years of car buying! I believe skydiving without a parachute would be a better experience than trying to do business here. I am only giving 1 star as this rating system doesn't allow you to give negative stars! More
