Extremely pleasant experience - and SO simple! I actually used their internet communications and was contacted very quickly in response and made an appointment to see the vehicle that day, within only a few hours. I worked with Gerry Benson. Upon first meeting him it was like talking with someone familiar, not a "car salesman". He was very personable, very friendly, knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, able to answer all of my questions and was sure to point out features that I hadn't even noticed. He was in no way pushy and seemed genuinely interested in making the deal work FOR ME. There were some things that we thought might stand in the way of the financing, but they swiftly found a way to make it work on terms that were acceptable TO ME. I never felt pressured to come to their terms, Gerry never gave me false hope or expectations, and I felt like I got a fair deal. It was a pleasure working with Gerry and with Hannah as well on the warranty part - both were very forthcoming with what I needed to know, answered all of my questions, and offered their assistance to me in the future if need be. I have worked with other local dealerships in the past and though I don't have complaints about them, I was extremely impressed with felt very comfortable working with Gerry and Hannah. More
