I was so satisfied, I just returned to buy another vehicle asking for Rob again specifically. Rob is a true professional and knows his inventory inside and out. He is friendly and supportive in his sales approach giving just the right amount of information along with as much space as you need to make a decision. I get the feeling the dealership backs him up as they know that a high pressure sales approach turns people off. The manager, Benjamin Nyahay, was similarly supportive and the dealings were very fair. In my case, I had done much research on the dealership's excellent website and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. Lia has an impressive inventory as well. After a test drive and thoroughly examining the vehicle (a Jeep Grand Cherokee in my case) Rob answered all my remaining questions. We agreed on our deal and the paperwork following was fast and efficient. This dealership knows what it is doing and doesn't waste your time.
