I bought from out of state so I could not see the car in person or test drive it. Gabby answered my call and followed up to make sure I got a return call from Rob. From the first call with Rob he understood what I wanted to know about the vehicle and he texted pictures from his phone. He pulled it onto a lift and sent pictures of the underside too. Rob stayed in contact with me and made sure I had the information I needed to make a decision. When I made the offer it was simple and easy and we had a quick agreement. Even from long distance, this was the easiest purchase I have ever made. When I flew in to pick up the car, Rob even gave me ride to the dealership the next day. Found one at Lia and contacted the dealership online. Within hours on a Sunday I was contacted by Amanda Logue and she set us up to come in right away. We were traveling over an hour to get there so this step saved a lot of time! Once we arrived Amanda came out to greet us and Introduced us To the salesman Rob Filuta. Rob was very friendly, laid back and professional. Treated us with a lot of respect and had patience with us as we negotiated a deal. The deal was done fairly quickly and painlessly. We would need to come back in a few days to pick up and when we arrived the atmosphere in the dealership was so nice! Brandon in finance was excellent and Rob finished up with us and sent us on our way. We will definetly return to Lia and refer Rob to others we know. More

The place to go I decided to give Lia a chance after a buddy of mine told me they took care of him with his truck purchase. From the start he was very personable, and never attempted to pressure me in any way. I pretty much knew I was going to buy what I went to look at as long as it was in good shape, but Rob worked with me on the numbers (not something I can say for DePaula) and a deal was made. No b/s, this is one of the very few places I don't feel like I had a dollar sign stapled to my forehead, and I would certainly recommend both Lia and Rob to friends and family. More
