Chris went over the options available to me, and the pros and cons of each, with his useful, relevant knowledge, and with welcome, polite humor. I told Barry and Chris that I was ready to pay in full for the certified pre-owned Honda and for a warranty that would be in effect not just for one year, but rather for several years. I am convinced, that Chris proceeded to describe options, with the sincere intention to help me choose the plan that was in my best interests. We agreed on one.
