Worst experience I have had at a dealership. AJ was very rude and the manager Norman was just as rude. I work in customer service, and you do NOT treat your customers as I was treated. NOT to only look. AJ was very nasty to me after I was quoted a price over the phone from Irene. This woman quoted me what is listed on the website. Wouldn’t you think she wasn’t wrong? Nope this dealership is selling there cars 1200 over listed price on the website. I was called a liar and that Irene didn’t quote me that. NORMAN the so called manager of this place, said that they have to change the website and tried to smooth talk me into doing what he can to help. Long story short he wouldn’t match my trade in value that I had gotten from another dealer. He didn’t try, he told me to go back to them and pushed me out the door. I didn’t think business would push customers to go buy elsewhere. I WILL not give him my money. This was the worst experienced I have ever had trying to buy a car. Don’t buy from them. They are crooks and have horrible customer service. More
