I recently had a service appointment with Lia of Brewster service department. I was greeted immediately by Kira Bueti. She took care of my paperwork expeditiously. When I brought my car, I met with Kira Bueti. She came over and checked me in immediately. I had to wait for my car to be done and was happy that it was done within an hour.
