Not able to provide simple information I reached out to this dealership and communicated via email and was contacted by a sales woman Irene. I asked for simple information and explained wit I reached out to this dealership and communicated via email and was contacted by a sales woman Irene. I asked for simple information and explained with two small children, it's easier to get these details out of the way before arriving at the dealership. Every response was "just come in and we'll go through it when you get here." I continued to ask for the information (sale price, any honda incentives) and after about ten emails back and forth or getting responses like "why don't you just come in...when can you come in to discuss this?" instead of just answering the question, I emailed her and told her I would have to find another dealership and who could answer these basic questions without having to drive 45 minutes to the dealership. What a waste of time. And no reply to my email so clearly customer service is not a priority! It's unfortunately, because we have used them in the past and they have now lost our business for good. A week later, we purchased a Honda Odyssey from another dealership. More

I was pretty stubborn throughout the whole process regarding prices, trade-ins, etc. which could be very annoying for the employees but Rich handled it like a pro and respected any and every request I made to him.
