Oil Change, Recall Fix, misc services Came in for an oil change, tires rotated, and to get my wiper blade inserts replaced. These were services I have had done at Lia Honda before and am Came in for an oil change, tires rotated, and to get my wiper blade inserts replaced. These were services I have had done at Lia Honda before and am familiar with the cost of. Dee Rivera was my Service Advisor and I enjoyed working with her. My car came up for a recall so she helped me with getting that taken care of too. During my visit, another member of the team (not Dee) approached me and explained that my cabin air filter should be replaced as it was dirty. It's pollen season in NY and I suffer from allergies so it was something I wanted to get done asap. I said ok but please show me after how dirty (for my own reference) and they did. Only thing that I would ask be done differently is that when providing a new service (never before performed on a vehicle), it would be nice if whomever approaches me (the customer) shared the part cost and labor at that time or directed me back to my service advisor to discuss that. Next time I will be sure to head back to my service advisor and ask. All things considered, I had a positive experience. More
