Overall great experience I’ve been going to this dealership for a few years now for multiple times and it’s always a painless experience. The staff is very helpful and insight I’ve been going to this dealership for a few years now for multiple times and it’s always a painless experience. The staff is very helpful and insightful and make sure to carefully review all required and suggested work to be done to my vehicles. My last visit during February 2018 for an airbag recall (plus tire rotation, oil change, and micron filter change) was as easy as you can hope for due to Kira Bueti and the rest of the Brewster Honda staff. Will be returning in a few months for my next regular service. More

Questionable Service Dept techniques I am a fan of Brewster Honda for at least the past 13 years or so and would usually submit a 5 star rating. My last service experience brings back the stereotype of less than reputable dealer service. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation using the Zurich program that I purchased with my 2016 Civic. I was advised that there was an open recall for my car and of course authorized that repair while I was at the shop. The problem is that the recall included an oil change. My service receipt actually documents two oil changes. The dealership intends to collect from Zurich and Honda for the oil change. Sure sounds like DOUBLE DIPPING to me. I should not have used my Zurich program for an oil change. The service manager did not return my call. I feel ripped off by what had always been in my mind an honest dealership. I wish I could be assured of HONEST service advisors. More
Weird Sales dept. Great Service dept I first contacted online. Sales rep got back to me right away. Set up an appointment for a few days later. arrived and was introduced to a different I first contacted online. Sales rep got back to me right away. Set up an appointment for a few days later. arrived and was introduced to a different salesman. He was cordial and personable. Gave me a very good price. After that would not call me back. I called online rep to complain. She didn't know why but would investigate. He called me back and gave me a even better price, Then gave me the old routine that the manager would not approve it. Then he tried to sell me a dealer demo. Bottom line, the 3 prices they gave me where bull and when i would not go for the higher price .They did not want to honor the quoted price. Usual reason's most people hate car salesman and lawyers. More

I gave my experience 5 stars thanks to Richard Gallagher, I had a happy experience with Lia Honda with my last lease, which was due this February, so I went back for my new lease with them. Previously I had I had a happy experience with Lia Honda with my last lease, which was due this February, so I went back for my new lease with them. Previously I had my last purchased Honda for 11 years and it was serviced by Brewster Honda the whole time. I was exceptionally pleased with Richard Gallagher, who couldn't have been more helpful. Both he and Frank, the sales manager, were very respectful of my choices and my finances and I could not have been more pleased. I will be happy to recommend Richard and Lia to anyone. Thank you.
