Michelle Degrosso and Veronica - Service Reception A little while ago I had observed Veronica and Michelle laugh at a older lady because she did not understand there policies. I find that Michelle has such an attitude and is not people friendly. Veronica same way. Just when you look at them they don't wave, they don't smile or acknowledge you at all. Sometimes I find that they also forget that you are on hold. They pay no attention and have no care for any of Lia Honda Brewster's Customers. I have been told by many other people that going to Lia Honda Danbury is a better option then Lia Honda Brewster. Once again, I am very upset in how Michelle & Veronica (Service Reception) handle there operation, how rude they can be to customers, do not show care for there job, and they do not represent Lia Honda at all. Two of the rudest employees I have ever seen/met. More
