In particular, Service Manager Rob Benfari has always gone above and beyond, but no matter who is at the desk I always get courteous, professional service. Nobody "enjoys" having their car serviced, but the team at Lia makes it the best possible experience. The new service center is exceptionally clean and the waiting area is bright and comfortable. They are under construction which may have caused some delays. There were some minor problems with the prep of the car when we took delivery, but we were offered fixes or compensation. When I inspected the car more at home I found some other minor prep problems. Loose or not fully attached: battery terminal cover, radiator top cover, engine top cover and the washer fluid cap. Not a big deal but makes me wonder what else am I not finding? More

I don't know why, I usually just don't want my opinion to sway anyone else's decision... but this has been hands down the greatest, most stress free experience I've had purchasing a vehicle.(This being my 3rd one). I was on the fence between 4 cars from other dealerships, and I eliminated the other choices almost solely based on the customer service from Steve at Lia Honda in Brewster. Steve was so nonchalant and easygoing, it was like he wasn't even trying to sell me the car or didn't want me to buy it unless I was sure it was what I wanted. And that is the type of honesty and integrity that is valued in a salesman, especially in a purchase this significant. I almost didn't even want to leave the dealership lol. I was so comfortable with my interaction at Lia Honda that I didn't even care much to keep negotiating a better price, as I already did my homework/research and they really did have the best deal in the area. I'm not sure what else I need to say about this place. Thank you Steve, Irene, Ryan, and whoever else was involved in making this purchase as smooth and hassle free as it was.
