This past purchase was unique in that I had gone in to get an oil change on my leased Honda Civic and while waiting, was lucky and fortunate to be directed to speak with Laura Sterling. I felt immediately at ease and respected in her understanding of what I was looking for. Laura was open, honest, warm and very attentive. I didn't feel at all pressured into purchasing a car at all. Laura pointed out the benefits of purchasing our new Civic and CRV as opposed to keeping our old Civic and CRV, and even recommended I come back with my husband and daughter to make sure this is what we all wanted to do and to test drive the new cars. She made herself available to us around our schedules and answered all our questions. Laura meticulously wrote down all the financial benefits we would gain in purchasing the new cars and also explained in clear detail all of the other packages Lia Honda offers (i.e. Extended warranty and maintenance to name a few). After gathering all this information I met with the Financial manager Robert Schneider, who was also very easy to talk to and did not pressure me in any way to purchase the extra packages. Robert was very clear, concise and fair. I was completely at ease and very happy with the purchasing agreement I had made with him for the two cars. Unfortunately about a week ago I got into a horrific car accident and my car was marked a total loss. My CR-V did its job and kept me and my dog safe. I walked away with a few minor injuries. I can't say the same about my car though. I went back to Honda absolutely heart broken and nervous. Irene was very helpful and Steve the sales associate went above and beyond to help me through this experience and get me in a safe new car....the Honda HR-V which was my first choice 2 years ago. I am so thankful to everyone at Brewster Honda for their support and understanding. They treated me like a human being and not just another opportunity to sell a car which was very comforting after being in a terrible accident. More

New Purchase and WOW!! This dealership was on the ball ever since I requested an online quote. They were in touch with me within 15 minutes after I hit send on the PC. The rep was very happy and sweet and her offer for the 2017 Pilot was $500 less then other dealers which we went to in person. When we went to the dealership (currently under constructions), the Sales person, Leo, was a pleasure and wanted to put us right in to the car to test drive. Since we have already test drove the vehicle at another dealership this was not needed. We go right down to price and before you knew it we had the best price out of 4 other dealerships. This was on a Sunday. When all was done, we could have picked up the car on Monday. We couldn't do that so we picked up the car on Tuesday. Again the salesmen was great in showing us all the features on the car and how everything worked. I know they should do that but it is different when they are doing it with a smile and willingness to help. Not all salesmen show this level of professionalism but here they do! He even offered to link my phone to the car. I didn't need this help but, when I have to do this for many other individuals because other dealerships never paired the phone, it is a nice touch. I would say before you buy a Honda, stop by and see Lia Honda of Brewster and enjoy the car buying experience. We sure did! Great Job!! More
