I recently brought my 2013 Ridgeline in for oil change. Matthew Verge was most helpful he quickly took information needed, showed me where customer waiting room was located. He told me my cabin filter was dirty and asked if I wanted a new one, no pressure. i agreed to new filter and within 45 minutes, he came into waiting area truck was completed and was being brought around.
