When I arrived at the dealership I was informed that it may take 2-3 hours just to diagnose the issue. Our service representative, Jaime Andrzeicik recommended a restaurant down the street and promised to may take 2-3 hours just to diagnose the issue. Jaime Andrzeicik helped check me in for my most recent service (routine). Jamie was attentive, communicated any issues and, even better anything that was not truly needed at the time of this service.
