I had been in market for a specific honda civic sport hatchback in a manual transmission and could not find any in the state of Massachusetts! I me. I happened to find a lia honda of Williamsville in new york that had one in stock. At first I was told they could not sell it directly to me which saddened me. I called lia honda of Northampton about this vehicle and received a call back saying they can get the vehicle transferred over to their dealership for me! That goes a long way to show that lia honda of Northampton will truly work with you to get you the vehicle you desire. I can't express how much I appreciate the dealership being able to get this manual transmission honda civic hatchback for me as there was not even 2 of these in the surrounding states or Massachusetts.
