I just purchased my 4th Honda from Lia Honda. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in almost 5 yrs. My previous salesperson (who was awesome) is, unfortunately, no longer with the dealership so I was a bit an purchased a new vehicle in almost 5 yrs. My previous salesperson (who was awesome) is, unfortunately, no longer with the dealership so I was a bit anxious at the prospect of dealing with someone new. The sales manager directed me to new salesperson Ally Rock. At first, I felt my experience with Ally was pretty average, to tell the truth. Then, a few days after picking up my new HR-V, I unexpectedly had to bring it in for service (a software update) to correct a bogus emissions error message. Ally saw me in the waiting area and immediately came over to ask if everything was OK with the new car. I explained what had happened and she went directly to the service manager to check the status of my car. She also made a follow-up call to me 3 days later to see if the car was still error message free, which it was. I appreciated Ally's efforts to make my recent sales experience as good as my continued service experience at Lia, which has been exemplary! More

Ruth Brown in the service department is the best! Whenever I need to bring my car in, Ruth is very helpful and always friendly! This past time I had to bring my 2018 Pilot in for the transmission flu Whenever I need to bring my car in, Ruth is very helpful and always friendly! This past time I had to bring my 2018 Pilot in for the transmission flush and my coupon printed without a percentage off! But she found an even better coupon for me to use!
