Every time that I schedule service I always make sure Desiree Frank is working. Her customer skills are excellent and we are always happy when we leave. I recently made an appointment online to get the oil changed on my 2019 Honda Accord. Somehow the appointment was never recorded at the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by Michael Wyzik who so changed on my 2019 Honda Accord. Somehow the appointment was never recorded at the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted by Michael Wyzik who somehow managed to squeeze me in and got everything done quickly. He even offered to get the state inspection taken care of, which I didn't realize they did!. When the car was ready, he went over all of the safety items they had done right down to the tire tread. He was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Although there are other Honda dealerships closer to where I live, it's worth the extra time and mileage to go to Lia in Northampton. Michael Wyzik is certainly an asset to LIa! Thanks, again, Michael! More
Amy Saletnik is the best service manager ever. Once I was locked out of my car luckily nearby and she vouched for me to the key engineer! I just purchased my second CRV from Lia and have been a service customer for 10+ years. I live 1.5 hours away and my salesperson made it easy to come to an agreement via phone and texting.
