I just purchased my second CRV from Lia and have been a service customer for 10+ years. I live 1.5 hours away and my salesperson made it easy to come to an agreement via phone and texting. I have a Honda Accord for which Honda issued a paint recall notice in November 2019. Since then I have dealt with a number of Lia staff to get the issue resolved. After 8 attempts with no results or fol recall notice in November 2019. Since then I have dealt with a number of Lia staff to get the issue resolved. After 8 attempts with no results or followup communications Amy Saletnik took over and has kept me informed as to a resolution. I am finally hopeful of obtaining a repair. More
