I have a Honda Accord for which Honda issued a paint recall notice in November 2019. Since then I have dealt with a number of Lia staff to get the issue resolved. After 8 attempts with no results or fol recall notice in November 2019. Since then I have dealt with a number of Lia staff to get the issue resolved. After 8 attempts with no results or followup communications Amy Saletnik took over and has kept me informed as to a resolution. I am finally hopeful of obtaining a repair. More

While Amy is my service advisor she doesn’t get the due credit she deserves. In times where covid 19 is stretching the economy thin she doesn’t simply say “well I scheduled the appointment you have to spea credit she deserves. She’s very oriented in her customers needs and put their lives in the hands of her co-workers depending on her to get them the information that they need when they need it. She not only get them that informations but she makes sure something that is meaningful to the customer so they understand what is being said. At the end of the day she truly treats your vehicle as if her children ride in it too. More

When our 2011 CRV;s A/C stopped cooling, I went to your service dept, where Desiree Frank promptly came forward and assisted with an instant initial evaluation.. Sadly, she was entirely correct! Putting the CRV in for service early the next day, I then returned and found her diagnosis was 'spot-on' and our pre-agreed solution of a compressor, relay and coil had restored the a/c function to "like new" condition!! This is not my only encounter with Desiree as Service Manager, and as always, her quiet competence engendered trust and proved her ability in assessing problems! If I were to open a dealerxxxx, I would certainly steal her to head my new service section. More

I noticed one of my running lights was out so I went in to be sure they would have the part. Amy Saletnick took care of my appointment and on the day I dropped the car off she had everything ready to go. S to be sure they would have the part. She checked and had it repaired under warranty so there was no charge to me, and ahe sanitized my car so I could get going quickly on a hot and muggy day. I don’t think I could have asked for more.
