Extremely disappointed. Bought 2015 Honda Odyssey in Nov. 2018. Paid $3500 for comprehensive warranty with Zurich. Needed alternator about a year ago and Zurich covered. Brought van in July 2020 with sulfur 2018. Paid $3500 for comprehensive warranty with Zurich. Needed alternator about a year ago and Zurich covered. Brought van in July 2020 with sulfur smell and dead battery. Told I needed new alternator and replace two leaky gaskets which caused alternator to die. Said I had Zurich warranty but Desiree Frank says they won’t cover it because caused by fluid. Said she called Zurich and wouldn’t cover even if not fluid cause because I already replaced alternator. I asked for print out of alternator reading and said she had asked tech for it and was told she couldn’t have a print out. I asked how they knew that it was a bad alternator and she said “ mechanic experience “. Told her I didn’t believe I needed an alternator and she asked if I was calling her a liar. Told her mechanic was lying to her. I brought my van to Murry Automotives in Chicopee, MA and battery was sizzling and when replaced alternator was tested and it registered perfectly and gave a print out. Put on lights and radio and reading was as expected. There was no fluid leaking from gaskets so I was completely lied to. I will report to BBB and report the dishonesty to the public. Repair would have been around $1,000 and was totally not necessary. I will file complaint everywhere that I can. I called to talk to service manager but not in. More

I feared I would need a very expensive repair to my 2013 Accord. Amy figured out that I was inadvertently locking my steering wheel when starting my car. Problem solved. I've been bringing my car here for many years, and have never had a bad experience. Last week I was able to bring it in for service despite the COVID restrictions. Listed online for $16K, scheduled an appointment for the next morning to take it for a test drive. Looked it up online in the a.m. and they had changed the listed price to $19K. But we went anyway. We arrived on time and waited about 30 minutes for the salesperson, Joe, to move cars to get it out. Took it for a drive and made a decision to buy it. When we got back to the dealership, Joe met us in the parking lot and said someone else was there to take it for a test drive. I told him right then, that we want it. He led us into the building and asked us to have a seat. He came back 10 minutes later and said the other party had put a deposit on it during the time we were waiting. I don't believe an ethical dealer would have allowed this. Find another dealership. Who knows what other kind of business practices they follow. More
