I've been bringing my car here for many years, and have never had a bad experience. Last week I was able to bring it in for service despite the COVID restrictions. Listed online for $16K, scheduled an appointment for the next morning to take it for a test drive. Looked it up online in the a.m. and they had changed the listed price to $19K. But we went anyway. We arrived on time and waited about 30 minutes for the salesperson, Joe, to move cars to get it out. Took it for a drive and made a decision to buy it. When we got back to the dealership, Joe met us in the parking lot and said someone else was there to take it for a test drive. I told him right then, that we want it. He led us into the building and asked us to have a seat. He came back 10 minutes later and said the other party had put a deposit on it during the time we were waiting. I don't believe an ethical dealer would have allowed this. Find another dealership. Who knows what other kind of business practices they follow. More

Expensive, and inconsistent mask-wearing I've gone a few times before to Lia and was happy with their service, but this time was different. When I went to pay, I discovered that the cost was I've gone a few times before to Lia and was happy with their service, but this time was different. When I went to pay, I discovered that the cost was about $200 more than I'd expected (on top of an already expensive repair). At other places, they usually come out to tell you that the cost will be more than expected, so you can choose whether to go ahead with the work at that time. But they didn't do that, so I was just left to be surprised by a huge bill. On top of that, when I went in to pay, the employee who took my payment wasn't wearing a mask. When she saw me, she put on her mask, which was nothing but a loose bandana. That's not how masks work. You need to wear it the whole time. And you need to make a little more effort (my mask is homemade, but it's a few layers and fits snugly). She was behind plexiglass, but, still, there's a good-sized gap under it, and I had to interact with her in terms of giving her my credit card. Honda should supply their employees with masks. Another employee was wearing a mask with valves in it, which (if they're the one-way kind) let unfiltered air out, thus negating the whole purpose of wearing a mask. I don't think I'll go to Lia again anytime soon. More

They changed my oil, rotated my tires and completed an overall inspection. Car was wiped down before I entered it. Very pleased with the professional and friendly employees and my Honda Accord Hybrid which I purchased here. More

Quick, efficient service When the belt that linked my fuel cap lever with the outside fuel cap broke, I took the car the next day to Honda. Fortunatly Marc Bachard was there When the belt that linked my fuel cap lever with the outside fuel cap broke, I took the car the next day to Honda. Fortunatly Marc Bachard was there to meet me. After an hour of a diagnostic test, he told me that the belt linking the two devices had broken and advised me that the new part could be obtained within 24 hours. When I went back to Honda, Marc was there to oversee the repair, and I am please to report that every thing is working find and the repair was covered by my Honda Fit 2018 warranty. More
