Mat Bachand in service was great. He clearly explained what the A1 service repair was and more importantly caught the fact that I never had my transmission fluid changed. I had expressed trepidation about getting service that I didn't need, and he participated in a collaborative and informative process with me until I felt comfortable with each planned service, and again at the end when he went over what was performed. He was open to any questions and strove to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. Matt seemed to take personal responsibility for my experience, and that is critical to my decision to return to any business. The team that supported this service also seemed to follow this approach; e.g., as I was about to leave they topped off my windshield fluid even though it was essentially full. Thank you, everyone! You not only provided me with safe and reliable transportation, a key component in my life, but the all-important peace of mind. More

First cold day of the year my car wouldn't start. Had it jump started then call Lia Honda Service. Spoke to Matt Bachand and he said bring it right up. Got a new battery and a my car wouldn't start. Lia Honda has been servicing daughter’s 09 Pilot (133K) since new. Safety is always my concern as family travels to SC often and Lia always checks vehicle and makes appropriate recommendations. The work is since new. Safety is always my concern as family travels to SC often and Lia always checks vehicle and makes appropriate recommendations. The work is done correctly, timely and I am always kept informed. Desiree Frank has been my service advisor and has been outstanding. She discusses the merits of recommendations beyond what I have requested and does not pressure you for optional services, rather she suggests for next service appointment Safety is never optional. Great service staff and very pleased with work performed. More
