Don't expect much I purchased a new Honda Pilot two years ago from Lia Honda. The weather stripping needed to be replaced two years in as the water was leaking into th I purchased a new Honda Pilot two years ago from Lia Honda. The weather stripping needed to be replaced two years in as the water was leaking into the frame of my car and then into the lower storage area soaking the rug ruining items that I had kept in that area. The weather stripping wasn't covered under my regular warranty or the Extended warranty I had purchased - which is no fault to the dealership but is a bit problematic since the car is only two years old. However when I received the car back after it was fixed and noticed a couple days later that the interior carpet was still absolutely soaking I called only to be told that they don't dry the carpet and that I would just have to let it dry on its own. What?? Way to finish the job Lia - lets let it air dry so it gets nice and moldy and will smell damp from this point forward. I couldn't even believe that they would leave something like that when they have the equipment there to easily dry it which probably would have taken 5 minutes. I will never return to Lia Honda from this point on. Looks like once you purchase a car - you're on your own. Too bad. More
