Two days after I had the work done on my car, I received in the mail coupons with discounts for the exact jobs that I had just paid for in full! That was really frustrating, but maybe just coincidental. I realize that you are mainly in the business of selling cars, but it is a waste of your time and mine to send me 'special invitations' at least once a month to come in and replace my '09 Accord with a new one. At age 85 this is just not gong to happen. This car and I are going to go out together, and I greatly appreciate the work of Desiree Frank and others in the Service Dept. who are always very patient and eager to keep the care safe for me. More
