The fob could be nowhere near me and the doors just lock, often at incredibly inconvenient times. Amy Saletnik helped me but wasn't able to do anything. She said I had to leave it with them for several days and hope the same thing happened so they could diagnose it. Of course it could be there for a week and not happen in the same way. So basically here is a problem that is very irritating and even dangerous and they're helpless to fix it because of the way cars work now--too much electronics and computer driven stuff--unless lots of complaints about the same thing come in and they get a directive from headquarters. It's not Amy's fault, she was fine. I love my Civic otherwise, but the electronics seem kind of funky. More
Ripoffs I went to get my tire repaired because I had a nail stuck in my tire which was causing it to lose air. They said they’d give me a patch to fix it & I I went to get my tire repaired because I had a nail stuck in my tire which was causing it to lose air. They said they’d give me a patch to fix it & I paid around $35 dollars for it. I just went to an auto shop that my friend’s uncle works at & he showed me that they never put a patch in my tire. They put some crappy substitute in there & charged me full price as if they fixed my tire. I wish I was able to give zero stars because that’s just ridiculous. I will never get my vehicle serviced by them ever again. More
