When I first called to book the appointment I reached Shelly Wagner and she immediately put me at ease and handled everything in the most expedient and professional way. Upon arrival at the service center, I was pleasantly greeted by Shelly who quickly got me checked in and swiftly had me on my way! My car was repaired perfectly and runs like a champ now! When my Odyssey was breaking down and requiring constant refills of oil, all Honda dealerships told me the car was "within parameters" and denied I had a problem. Except one. When I brought it here, John, the service manager, told me the pistons needed major work, that he would correct the problem, and he got Honda to pay for it. When the car broke down on the Pike on our way to a summer vacation, John gave me a loaner for the duration of the vacation. They hands down earn your business. I have continued to bring this Honda and my daughter's to them for service though I live an hour and my daughter 3+ hours from the dealership. They work with you, value you as a customer, and appreciate your business. And that applies to everyone in the service department. More
