Oil change when they were fully booked! I needed a oil change this past week. I was overdue for my oil change and I tried to schedule an appointment on Friday but was told they had no appoin I needed a oil change this past week. I was overdue for my oil change and I tried to schedule an appointment on Friday but was told they had no appointments for Saturday. On Saturday morning I decided to call Northampton Honda service again because it would really be the most convenient location since we were doing other things in the area. Desiree said I could bring in my car and she could fit it in but we may have to leave it a while. She told me to ask for her when I brought my car in. I did and she not only fit my car in but it was ready in a little over an hour! Also, my girlfriend who was my ride brought her car in and the service department checked her tires and reset her tire pressure light and recommended a nearby shop that does detail work for a spill she had on her seat. Overall Desiree Frank and the service team did a wonderful job. More

Recent service visit Desiree Frank was helpful, listened to our issue in detail, and after a technician checked the issue out and said that was no sign of a mechanical pro Desiree Frank was helpful, listened to our issue in detail, and after a technician checked the issue out and said that was no sign of a mechanical problem, she suggested that a member of the staff drive far enough to look into our air conditioner problem more fully. Unfortunately they weren't able to resolve it, but did confirm that it wasn't all in our heads and that there was an issue with mold or mildew. Main issue is that we don't use it enough which is a set up for the problem. We had come previously for the same problem and left with no answer except that the cabin filter was dirty. Desiree also took the time to call us later with a referral to a place we could go to that has a good reputation. Thank you to John Garrant for following through, and giving us a car for the day. No place is perfect, and we are unhappy that we need to figure out getting this dealt with, but now know what we're dealing with. More
