Desiree Frank went out of her way to make sure my car got all of the servicing it needed even though I had only requested an oil change. I got to Lia Honda at 12:30 and had to be at work at 2pm. She assured me I would be out in time, checked in with me twice to make sure I was happy with what the mechanic was doing, and then she gave me a $25 gift card to Stop and Shop! I had a sandwich in the showroom, made it to work on time, and was very happy. More
