I test drove a couple different models of the new Accord and ended up making the decision after feeling the difference between the 1.5 and 2.0. Cam was awesome and knew his stuff (you were right about the color). He was also very transparent in the buying process which was a huge plus when going though negotiations. Evan was also very friendly and personable when dealing with the financial services and I applaud him for getting me two dollars within my magic number. Good work guys! More

Also, value your trade-in using similar resources. I found the used car prices to be slightly above market while my trade-in valuation was lower than some of these market resources. I was negotiating on a used car and, in the midst of that process, I was told the car was sold for full price. No call to ask if I wanted to change my offer to full price since I was already "in the process". Just an email saying it was sold. Not very ethical in my opinion. When I complained to the General Sales Manager, he was defensive and said "we'll have to agree to disagree" with his sales policy. More
