Awful employees! Walked into showroom and waited over a minute before anyone approached us, then when she did didn't even introduce herself or shake our hands. We told her we were there to look at Pilots and she asked new or used. We said yes. So she said "I'll get someone." We were a little taken aback and waited for someone else to come help us. After a few minutes, Ray came over and said in the same cold way "Can I help You?" Again, without introducing himself or shaking our hands. We stated what we had told the woman and he said we don't have any, rather rudely. At this point my blood pressure started rising and I was ready to leave. I said well your web site showed that you had one new this morning and one used. He said we sold the new one today and the used is in Albany. We proceeded to his desk and he looked online. He said there were 2 used at the Lia Toyota dealer across the street and he could bring them over or we could just drive over. Whatever was his attitude. He was just rude and arrogant the entire 10 minutes we talked. We have never been treated that way. I can't believe that's how they treat people they want to buy a car from them. We told him we would just go across the street and look at them there. We couldn't wait to leave and never go back. More

I spent 3 months looking for this new Honda HRV (or a similar small car with great mileage) at a variety of Honda dealerships and other non-Honda deal I spent 3 months looking for this new Honda HRV (or a similar small car with great mileage) at a variety of Honda dealerships and other non-Honda dealerships. Most of the other vehicles/price/gas mileage, etc. didn't suit me. However I also have to say that the 'car sales experience' at other dealerships were all wrong at other dealerships. Lia sales staff are keepers. What a pleasure. More

I am extremely pleased with my new Honda Accord EXL and will certainly return to Lia in the future. The oddest thing was I hadn't planned to buy a new car when I went into the showroom. More

She was able to get me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. She did not waste my time, I walked in filled out the paper work and in a few hours I was driving away in my new Honda Civic . Before I left Nicole sat in the car and explained every detail of the vehicle so I could be familiarized with it. She was friendly and showed sincere interest. A few days later she called to assure I was happy with the car, which I was. My Past experiences with other agents were not good . I want to highly recommend Nicole Smith to others who are interested in buying a car. More
