Just picked up my 2021 Rogue and it’s fantastic! What a great redesign and awesome features offered on the new Rogue SL AWD. It’s my second lease with this dealership and a lot has to do with the exceptio great redesign and awesome features offered on the new Rogue SL AWD. I signed papers and gave deposit with a specific payment. A car was going to be located and they would call me. After 10 days I started calling different dealers and the Saratoga Nissan again. Finally they found one, but not the color I wanted (think they knew the color I wanted wasn't available). Went to sign papers and the payment was $20. more. They put the loan through Nissan and Wells Fargo. I had asked to put it through SEFCU. The financial manager said he only got my credit report at 4:30 that day and everything was closed. I SIGNED THE PAPERS 10 DAYS AGO, not my fault. I told them to put the plates back on my car and the deal was off. Suddenly the original deal was good. I asked salesman, Josh, if the Rogue had digital speedometer and he said yes and pushed a button and assumed what I saw was the digital speedometer. It does NOT have a digital speedometer, what he pushed was Average Speed Control. What good is that? Also, I noticed no seat belt chime when not using my seat belt. I contacted the salesman and told him I don't like to wear my seat belt but realize i miss the chime. He said" well it's your lucky day then isn't it!" I told him it was the law. Like the Rogue but would NEVER purchase or refer a person to Lia Nissan in Saratoga. More
Lia Nissan is the worst Nissan dealership in the area the service do damage to your vehicle and then tell you it's not their problem and then when you turn it in your own insurance and get it fixed they tell service do damage to your vehicle and then tell you it's not their problem and then when you turn it in your own insurance and get it fixed they tell you they can't work on your car anymore and then you try to sit down and talk to the general manager and he was very rude an unpleasant so I wouldn't buy another car from them people for nothing More
No consistency I have been coming to this dealership for about 4 years since I bought my Nissan Rogue there in 2016. Sometimes the service is great, and sometimes aw I have been coming to this dealership for about 4 years since I bought my Nissan Rogue there in 2016. Sometimes the service is great, and sometimes awful - never consistent. I recently scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation. They recommended that I go ahead and replace the tires, which I agreed to, but after leaving I noticed that they also still charged me for the tire rotation on my old tires. Very frustrating. And although the signs in the office say that you'll get a free car wash with your service, don't expect that to actually happen. No one offered it to me, and some of the others in the waiting room were complaining about this as well. I think it's time to find a new place for service. More

Justin at Lia Nissan of Saratoga was excellent and I’m so glad that I came here. I never thought I was going to be able to purchase an SL but Justin made it happen. I’m one very happy customer! More
