Within moments he found options that included my have to haves (3rd row and low miles) and wants (sunroof and backup camera). At no point did we feel pressured to buy any vehicle. He simply showed us what they had to offer and gave us every bit of information we needed and answered all questions. Within 2 hours of arriving, I drove off in a car of my dreams freshly washed and with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to make Lia Nissan one of your first stops! More

He was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable and treated my daughter and I with respect and understanding. We actually found a Honda CR-V that my daughter loved. I was provided access to the Car Fax and after being happy with what I saw, made an offer that was accepted without haggling. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, the car was detailed and even had some dealer installed upgrades at no charge. This by far has been the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made and I've bought many cars in the last 45 years! So it just goes to show you, I did not have to buy a Nissan from Lia Nissan to be treated well. Thank you to Frank and his Manager Chris for making it a very pleasant transaction. I will see you for my next vehicle for sure! More
