Renewed confidence I was in the Saratoga region for vacation. Walter Cook was the service manager I worked with. The services I requested were transmission service and p I was in the Saratoga region for vacation. Walter Cook was the service manager I worked with. The services I requested were transmission service and passenger side airbag recall. They got my vehicle in on the day I requested. Walter identified another recall I wasn’t aware of. My vehicle was finished 2.5 hours before the requested pick up time. Their service department is open till 8pm which is very helpful.
