We agreed to meet at 9:30am on sat to view and test drive the car. This by far has been the best and easiest transaction I have ever had purchasing a car. I arrived at 9:20 and the car I requested to look at and test drive was waiting there for me in the front of the dealership. Royce was on time and had everything ready. As per protocol he took me out to a parking lot and allowed me to drive the car on the test drive run. He took the time to with me to explain features and showed me others that I had no idea about. When we arrived back at the dealership he took a no pressure attitude, fought to get every possible dollar more for my trade, and worked with me on price. I ended up buying right on the spot! He even worked with me after the purchase to get the floor mats that I wanted. Excellent customer service. The car was delivered to me that day no questions asked. After carefully studying several options and thanks to Mr. Crook's patience and persistance, we closed a deal! I've traded my 2014 Camry Hybrid and now lease the 2017 model. I'm driving a brand new car while paying slightly more than what my original loan was.
