This was my first time ever walking into a dealership, or even considering getting a new car, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I decided to go into the dealership just to look at the car, and after talking with Royce, I knew I was going to take out a Scion. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just so nice!! I never felt pressured, and he just lead the way for me to take out the Scion I really really loved. I wanted it the next day.. and without any problems.. he made it happen. Everytime I would call about fixing my credit rating, Mr. Ramos was always available, and he was busy at the moment with other customers, he would return my call within the hour. Secondly, the service personal, namely Dennis, kept me well-informed of my cars when they would need service in the near future. The cost of services were very reasonable. I never felt, or had to spend, large amounts of monies to have either car serviced. In addition, I never had to spend monies for services that my cars didn't need. Third, the Parts personal and the Cafeteria-style personal were also professional and courteous. Lastly, I would like to say that the times I have visited blauvelt toyota, I have never witnessed, nor experienced, any discrimination or felt as if I wasn't a valued customer.... Royce Ramos is a great car salesman. I came from Houston and was working while my uncle in New York agreed to co-sign with me in buying my first car. When I arrived in the dealership, they had all my paper work reviewed that all we did was sign the papers and I had the car by noon. He even helped me out in looking for a transport service to deliver the car to Houston. He even took the time to show me all the features of the car and how to take care of it. All in all I had fun and a great experience in buying my first car. More
